Welcome to Huntington Viewpoint! This site is by and for the residents and homeowners who live in our community. Huntington Viewpoint is a Planned Unit Development where all the homeowners have shared, common facilities managed by the Homeowner’s Association.  This site and it’s content is managed by the Homeowner’s Association Board of Directors. 

The Community Updates page will show highlights of recent changes we have been able to make in our effort to make the community better.  

The rules our community has collectively agreed to are listed in the CC&R provided to every homeowner during escrow.  There are several operational items that are updated more frequently and they can be found on the Useful Resources page. This includes the paint color used for fencing, the contact info for the common area exterminator, and other items you might find useful.  

Our forthcoming meeting agendas will always be posted on the bulletin board at the clubhouse.  We also hope to have them posted on this page as well.

Our Board members surprisingly get asked many of the same questions from different homeowners.  We try to answer many of the questions here.
